DECEMBER GUIDELINES
alright alright everybody it is officially december!! last month was full of binges and ignoring calorie restrictions for me so it’s time to get back on track. in october i made a post similar to this and it really helped me keep focused. before the actual post begins just want to say this is purely for myself and i am very much pro-recovering.. just not for me. now let’s get into it.

RULES:
•work out everyday - even just a little
•no after school snacks over 140 cals unless you didn’t eat lunch
•weigh in whenever possible
•hydrate hydrate hydrate
•body checks weekly
•always record calories
